Los días, horas y meses, se pasan tan rápido que, a veces, pierdo la noción de aquello que ocurrió en el transcurso. Por supuesto, no me refiero puramente a lo que pasa a traves de este blog, si, por el contrario, lo que pasa en nuestras vidas. Es posible que recientes sucesos me hayan vuelto susceptible a caer en pensamientos filosóficos cuando se trata de responder a la pregunta: que pasó? Mucho pasa en nuestros días y a veces muy poco es lo que recordamos, retenemos o valoramos. Y cuando el tiempo paso, no lo podemos recuperar, por mas intentos y fuerza cerebral que hagamos, porque lo que paso, paso.

Pero, como todo lo que dejamos en un blog, dura para siempre (o hasta el fin de internet) se me ocurrió mirar hacia atrás y ver el trabajo realizado en el pasado mes, reconciliandome con el, para recibir con nuevas energías (y mas posts) el mes de Julio. Este nuevo comienzo se viene con muchos cambios, entre los cuales tengo el regreso de mis amadas amigas Ame y Flor, que hace 2 meses que recorren el Viejo Continente, y las extraño muchísimo.

También tengo el cumple de Jules, mi amiga a quién les presente en Keep Calm & Carry On, el bautismo y cumple de 1 año de la sobrina de una amiga (mi primer baby shower), el recital de Dragonette (26/7) y todas aquellas cosas que no planeamos pero pasan de todas formas, fuera de nuestro control.

Y a ustedes que les depara Julio?

The days, hours and months pass so fast that sometimes I lose track of what happened on the way. Of course, I am not referring merely to what goes on through this blog but, on the contrary, what happens in our lives. It is possible that recent events have me become susceptible to fall into philosophical thoughts when it comes to answering the question: what has happened? Much happens in our day and sometimes very little is what we remember, retain and value. And when the time is gone, we can not recover it, no matter the efforts we make, because what happened, has happened.

So, like everything we leave on a blog lasts forever (or until the end of the internet) I happened to look back and see the work done in the past month, making peace with it, to get re-energized new days (and luckly more posts) for the month of July. This new beginning comes with many changes, among which I have my beloved friends come back, Ame and Flor, who have been on a 2 months trip through the Old Continent. I must say (and confess) I miss them a lot.

I have also Jules’s birthday, my friend who was introduced at Keep Calm & Carry On, the baptism and 1 year birthday party of Amelia’s niece (my first baby shower), the Dragonette show and all those things we do not plan but still happens beyond our control.
